Les Trail Tour FL Carbon EF de chez Plum sont des bâtons de ski touring réglables 2 brins qui offrent confort et stabilité pour les montées et descentes. Ils peuvent être ajustés de 90cm à 155cm pour s'adapter à la montée et à la descente, avec un grip long pour une bonne prise en main. Ils sont solides grâce à leur construction en carbone et en aluminium 7075 T6. Pesant 228g le bâton, ils sont livrés avec des rondelles été et hiver pour une utilisation polyvalente toute l'année.

You can return an item for an exchange of size or model within 30 days. Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for an exchange (option only available if we have other sizes in stock). The return costs are at your expense and we will take care of the shipping costs to send the new item to you.
Refund Policy
You can return an item for a refund within 30 days. Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for a refund. The return costs are at your expense. After receiving your item, Montaz will reimburse the total amount of your order (product(s) and shipping costs) except if you ordered several items and decided not to return all of them. Once we have received your parcel, it will be refunded to the card (or PayPal account) used to place the order within 2 to 3 days.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you wish to return an item:
- Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for an exchange or a refund within 30 days. The return costs are at your expense.
- Put a copy of the confirmation e-mail of exchange or refund in your parcel.
- On your parcel, write the order number («MON*****»).
- Please do not declare a value to your returned parckage otherwise we will be forced to refuse it to avoid to pay an extra tax on it.
IMPORTANT:
- Items must be returned : clean, unworn and unused with original tags and packaging.
- Shoes must be returned with their original boxes in a new parcel (do not send the box without protection).
- If you return all of your order, you must return all the items you received, including goodies and gifts we may have offered to you (example : ski bags for skis).
- Returns must use the postal services of your country.
- You can purchase a prepaid shipping label from us for 7 euros, whatever you return to us. To do so, just type the reference 155732 on our search engine on www.montaz.com or click on this link, add it to your basket and place your order. You will receive your prepaid label by email within a few minutes (it can take up to several hours).
- Once you have asked for an exchange or refund, you have 10 days to return the item(s).
