Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

• Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery costs.
• Orders outside the EU: local duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
• All orders must be paid in euros.
• MONTAZ may change prices at any time. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated, subject to availability.
• Manifest pricing errors: MONTAZ reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer. (Example: a pair of skis at €20), Montaz Sports will inform the customer and correct the error, but cannot deliver the product at this price.
• Products remain the property of MONTAZ until full payment is made.

Our product offers are subject to availability directly from our store or suppliers.
Stock levels are updated every 10 minutes. Therefore, an item may be unavailable between updates.
In case of unavailability, you will be notified by email or phone. If the unavailable product is part of a paid order, it will be refunded by check or the card transaction canceled. For any product not quickly available, we will inform you and request instructions (refund or replacement).

Order validation constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and serves as proof of the contract. MONTAZ may cancel or refuse an order in case of dispute, non-payment, or suspected fraud.

• Upon receipt, check the condition of the package. Any issues = reservations with the carrier + contact customer service within 48h with photos.
  Products are delivered to the address provided during ordering. Delivery times are average and include processing + shipping.
• For items delivered at different times, the delivery time is based on the longest delay. MONTAZ reserves the right to split deliveries; shipping cost will be billed once.
• Processing and shipping times vary. Urgent delivery by Chronopost within 24h can be requested. For next-day delivery, orders must be validated before 1 PM; express shipping fees are your responsibility.

Secure payment (3D Secure). Accepted methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bank Transfer, 3 or 4 installments via Oney.

The data recorded by MONTAZ constitutes proof of transactions.

You have 30 days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the date of receipt. Returned products: unused, unworn, in original condition, complete, with tags.
Log in to "My Account" and select the order containing the product to return.
You can request an exchange or refund.
Personalized products (drilled/mounted skis) are non-refundable.
Defective product: provide photo + description by email.

• Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless MONTAZ is at fault.
• Return label: €6.90 available on the site.
• Non-sellable or excessively used products → refused.
• Refund: 30 days after receipt or proof of shipment.
• Personalized products (e.g., drilled/mounted skis) → no right of withdrawal.

All products are covered by:

• Legal conformity warranty (2 years)
• Hidden defects warranty

Applicable under normal use.

• Customer is responsible for product choice and compatibility.
• Assembly, adjustment, and control of bindings by qualified professionals.
• MONTAZ is not responsible for wrong choices, incompatibility, incorrect adjustment, or misuse.

All items offered are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and hidden defects (Consumer Code and Civil Code). Supplied by recognized brands. Warranty applies under normal use.
Claim period for non-conformity: 3 days after receipt. Returns covered by Montaz Distribution if defect is real. Damage from insufficient packaging → not covered.

MONTAZ is not responsible for independent events (strike, transport, disaster).
