What if you're between two sizes?

If your measurements fall between two sizes, first make sure that both your waist and thigh measurements fit within the recommended adjustment range.

Choose the size that allows the waist belt to sit securely above your hips while still leaving enough room for adjustment.

If you plan to wear your harness over multiple clothing layers, especially for mountaineering or winter climbing, make sure your chosen size accommodates your thickest clothing.

Once adjusted correctly, the waist belt should not be able to slide over your hips, and the leg loops should feel secure without restricting movement.
