How to measure?

• Chest: Measure horizontally around the fullest part of your chest.

• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (the narrowest part, just above the belly button).

• Hips: Measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips.

• Sleeve Length: Measure from the base of your neck (center back), over the shoulder and elbow, down to your wrist.

Helly Hansen clothing features a typical "Scandinavian" fit, which is often tailored yet protective. If you are between sizes or prefer wearing multiple thick layers underneath (fleece, thin down jacket), we recommend choosing the larger size.
