Five Ten Size Guide: Find Your Perfect Fit

Part of the Adidas family, Five Ten footwear is engineered for precision, grip, and outdoor performance. Generally, Five Ten hiking, approach, and MTB shoes fit true to size, matching standard Adidas sizing. For climbing shoes, the right fit depends on your performance goals: true to size for comfort, or downsized for high precision.

In between two sizes?

• Outdoor & MTB Shoes: If you are between sizes, go half a size up to allow extra room when your feet swell during long outdoor sessions.

• Climbing Shoes: Stick to your street shoe size for casual climbing. Downsize 0.5 to 1 size for technical performance. Keep in mind: synthetic uppers won't stretch, while natural leather stretches about half a size.

How to Measure Your Foot ? 

Follow these simple steps to measure your foot length and match it with the size charts below:

1. Get ready: Place an A4 piece of paper flat against a wall on a hard surface.

2. Position your foot: Stand upright with your heel firmly against the wall, wearing socks (or barefoot for climbing shoes).

3. Mark the length: Use a pencil to mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper.

4. Measure: Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (heel) to the pencil mark using a ruler (in cm or inches).

5. Adjust: Repeat for your other foot and use the larger measurement.
